Refund Policy

The free discovery call is provided at no cost and is intended to ensure a mutual fit before any services are agreed upon.

 

Once a service agreement or contract is signed, all services become non-refundable.

 

Due to the nature of creative and consulting services, all sales are final once billable work has been approved and begins. No refunds will be issued for time spent, services rendered, or deliverables provided. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting sessions, creative reviews, website work, branding services, social media support, or strategy guidance.

 

By signing the service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees that payment is for time, expertise, and services rendered. Results may vary based on implementation, business circumstances, and external factors.

 

Clients are encouraged to use the free discovery call to ask questions and fully understand services before signing any agreement or beginning billable work.
