Refund Policy

At Alyssa Cutrera Creative, I value transparency and believe every client relationship should be built on trust and communication.

Hourly Services

Most services are billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour after work has been completed.

Because time, strategy, creative development, consulting, and design services cannot be returned once completed, completed hours are non-refundable.

Website Design & Creative Projects

Clients are involved throughout the creative process and are given opportunities to review work, provide feedback, and request reasonable revisions before final approval.

Once work has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available for services already performed.

Consulting Services

Consulting sessions, strategy meetings, and creative planning sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place.

If a session must be rescheduled, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can find another time that works for both of us.

Cancellations

Because there are no long-term contracts or required monthly commitments, clients are free to pause or discontinue services at any time.

Clients are only responsible for payment of work that has already been completed and approved.

My Commitment

My goal is always to build long-term relationships, not one-time transactions.
